
Duration 4 days - Maximum of 12 delegates
All places of work must comply with Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 ( Northern Ireland 1982), If, as a result of a risk assessment, it is identified that first aiders are required.
Who Should Attend?
Designated individuals who would be suitable to respond to a sudden illness or an emergency situation whilst in the workplace.

Nominated Personnel Should…
- Have duties that do not prevent them from attending to an emergency instantly
- Be able to manage both mentally and physically in a first aid situation
- Be able to absorb new vital life saving information and skills
Course Outcome
Course delegates will have gained life saving skills and upon successful completion of the course and independent assessment, course delegates will be awarded a HSE approved, nationally recognised First Aid at Work certificate, which is valid for three years.

A refresher course will be required to revalidate certification.
